Problems, Returns or Refunds
If you have a problem with downloads or merchandise please contact us at annie@hobbyhorsecafe.com We will do our best to correct any problems, replace or refund as appropriate.
Shipping
Prices include a standard shipping charge. We will normally ship within a few days of receipt of order. If you pay by check, we may wait until your check clears. Please make sure we have a valid email address or phone number for you, so we can contact you if there are any problems with your order.
Downloads
After we process your order (usually with one day of payment) you will be able to download by choosing "My Account" in the Shop and then clicking on your order number. From this point you should be able to click on each song title and save it to your computer. Please email us if you have problems or need assistance.
