A few months ago, Hobbyhorse recieved an email from DoAn expressing interest in the Hobbyhorse Cafe website.  When we visited DoAn's site we were impressed with the beauty of his artwork - some of it as simple as a single stroke of paint- other pieces abstract - some representational with an element of myth or fantasy.  We learned that DoAn's own relationship to his artwork has deepened through years of Buddhist study and meditation.  Be sure to read our mini-interview with DoAn, and to view the enlargements of his pieces, so that you can experience the detail in his work.
